The Polo Group was founded in 1998 in Altamura in the heart of the renowned upholstered furniture industrial district.
In its first two years of activity the group focused exclusively on production for third parties. In 2000 the POLODIVANI brand was born and started developing its own sofa collections.
The company immediately started exporting its products into foreign markets, particularly to the UK, which was the biggest European market for Italian upholstery at the time and the company’s first real test. Distribution was then expanded to all major European markets including the Italian market.
Over the years, thanks to constant and substantial investments, particularly in the areas of design, research and development, the company has evolved stylistically and qualitatively, resulting in an increase in the number of markets served and a rise in sales.
Nowadays the company continues to produce 100% in Italy in two factories in Altamura, bearing testament to its strong understanding of industry and the company’s strong links with its land of origin. POLODIVANI has now reached all the main national and international markets with a diffuse and extensive commercial network.
The company has passionately and devotedly carved itself a large slice of the market and is constantly striving to grow and improve, setting itself new targets and continuing to look confidently and optimistically towards the future.
